Stun gunning your dogs is part6 of ADT services

My dogs have been stun gunned by ADT security gaurds through a closed gate while I was at home and all the guard got as punishment was a "Slap on the hand "
Is this the kind of security paying customers can expect.
And after 7 months of complaining all they do is give you the run around.
Alarm apparently goes off constantly during the night and over holidays and nothing getz done about it.
Is this your way of making sure that you can charge me for extra call outs

This has been the worst service I have ever received and for a security company you do not make me feel save at all
