Cartrack recovers my vehicle and returns it

I am on holiday in Umhlanga Rocks and I discovered at 7 o'clock this morning that my Toyota Hilux was from outside our holiday flat. I contacted the police on 10111 who professionally took my details and dispatched Warrant Officer Rameshwarnath and a detective who arrived shortly thereafter and took down the case details and advised us what to do in a helpful and supportive manner.

At the same time I discovered my car I telephoned Cartrack to advise them of the. They were hugely empathetic and supportive and immediately located the whereabouts of my car and dispatched a helicopter and ground recovery team. What was so awesome was they continuously kept me informed of progress with telephone calls and advice of what I should be doing.

Needless to say my vehicle was recovered in the hills of KZN and returned to me before 10:30 by two men, one of whose name was John. These chaps were super friendly, assisted me with advice and did all the paperwork

Captain Radebe at Durban North SAPS was also friendly and helpful to ensure the recovery was noted and recorded.

I am really grateful to SAPS and Cartrack for assisting us through this unpleasant experience.
