ADT security needs new owners desperately!!!

A few years ago I bought a small place in Windsor west, Had my security alarm installed, payed the discount price plus I paid cash for extra passives etc.

I was robbed 3 times in a 2 year period.

I called head office, had a meeting with some area liaison guy and couldn't help notice that these people are ripping us all off. They claim to have x cars per customers and this is FALSE!!! they overlap cars from neighboring suburbs with a growing Data base and NO new cars are used for surveillance.

My last was the final straw for me, I complained to some lady at their Sandon head office, Explained that I got Zero response while I was paying for their service, I insisted I wanted a refund for those months and she inclined she will get back to me, she didn't and they kept billing even though I asked them to stop the service.
I was behind R1300 odd for few months non payment and made it clear I wanted the recon done. No assistance from them I finally get a massive R6500 bill and they want to take me to court?
On hello peter alone we have over 2100 complaints within a year period.
I will NEVER EVER pay the money to them, I want to face a judge and plead my case, criminals they
