Mr Mans, are you aware the damages done to your companies name in our area by Gerhard!!! He is by far the worst representative of a company and or clients I have ever had the misfortune of having to deal with! I have laid numerous complaints but unfortunately it seems that they have fallen on deaf ears. Let me share some of my dealings with him, he seems to have no respect for his colleagues, as he would not think twice to scream and be-little a Guard without taking into consideration what the person should feel like. Please send your staff for some people skills training, especially Gerhard, it can only be beneficial to your own and your companies already tainted reputation.
