Altech Netstar
Call Centre person very unhelpful

After logging a call with Altech Netstar online, Eustacia Roberts from the call centre emailed me asking for the relevant document to update my vehicle certificate, which i send to her.
THREE days after that she still didn't come back to me. This is totally unacceptable.

Eventually i phoned the call centre and Karina van der Westhuizen help me sort things out in no time.
