Great community involvement

As a customer, I have had excellent service fro SWS, but today I want to thank all staff for their involvement in the community. They are always willing to assist with any security incidents in the Din-Al-View community, whether the victim is a customer of theirs or not, if they are not actually busy with a customers' call. SWS mans a 24/7 community 2-way radio base station and reports on incidents in the community. SWS reaction units also respond to anything suspicious reported by radio, BBM, Whats-app sms or telephone.
The controller manning the base station also relays messages and reports if required. They even inform residents of power failures, accidents and suspicious activity in the sector so these areas can be avoided if necessary. Our community thanks SWS for their involvement beyond the call of duty
