Cancelling of contract

After cancelling my ADT due to bad service that was also logged on Hallo Peter - I have heard nothing just one of the technical guys coming to collected teir radio in my house. This morning i get an sms from them that I have been handed over to ITC for the amount of R2961.48. I have not spoken nor heard from one of the persons handeling the accounts regarding this. I please need my name removed today still. The last person I emailed was Brenda Madula DER080. Your urgent response would be appreciated
