Dishonest attempts to sign customers up for more

Hello sir, ... etc. we notice you have not activated this... service (can;t even make out half of the conversation since guy is clearly trying to bully me into activating this new service which he can;t explain up front). All our customers have activated this new service! Really?

When I start asking questions it is R55 extra for who knows what since Colin is so busy with tactics trying to talk me into submission. I am not a 4-year old! Please send me a proper email with all the information about this new service and I will DECIDE!!! if I want it.

Utterly unprofessional.
