Securitas lives up to their poor image

I see from previous complaints on this website that Securitas is famous for not keeping their promises to call back with feedback or to deduct debit orders any time of the month they wish - in breach of the original contract. And then on top they decide to deduct large sums of money from my bank account without notifying the customer about it.

I was promised a reply-back within 30 minutes after my call to Securitas this morning - but nothing yet. Is this a sign that we have yet another organisation with unethical business conduct?
