I switched car insurance. Altech Nestar was supposed to deduct directly from my personal account. I call them to deduct the premium of which they didnt, customer care line is always busy the average standard time I have been waiting to get through is about 15 min on the phone, I eventually gave up. They (Altech Nestar) called requesting the outstanding balance, I then went and made a direct deposit to their ABSA Account, upon the deposit I noted that my physical address has not been updated, I sent them an emails (plural) requesting for update and the acknowledgement of my payment. I have just called them 20min on the phone without success of getting through. I hope like that they won't go into my bank account and deduct funds inclusive of what I have paid up.
