To Whom It May Concern

I have been client of C-track for over a period of five years and my account number is 024 382 91.

I am not impressed with the treatment that I have received from yesterday when I needed to have my other car to be fitted with the device. I spoke to Romeo yesterday on this number (012) 450 2222 who promised me that he was going to ensure that my car is fitted with the device today and he even took the dealer's contact details but to my surprised when I called the dealer today to enquire whether c-Track has fitted my car with the devise, they advised me that nothing has happened not even a single call from my tracking company.

I then called to speak to him and he used delay tactics promising that he is going to call me but I had to end up being the person who is following him as if I am not giving him business. THIS BEHAVIOUR IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. I have informed Romeo yesterday that I am collecting my car tomorrow and have also promised my insurance that my car will be fitted with the devise and nothing has happened. Could you please sort this mess as I need to collect my car tomorrow?
