Having enough of ADT's poor service record I phoned their customer care line on 23/04/2013 to give my notice for cancellation. After a huge struggle I was eventually requested to send an e-mail to confirm my cancellation on their website. On the 29th of April I phoned their customer care line to confirm my cancellation. B Jacobs at their customer care confirmed that they have not received any notice and requested me to send my mail to him of which this mail was sent on the 29th of April to [Email Removed] I paid them for May and now, 3 months later I'm still getting sms's late at night to test my alarm which is no longer in existence as it has been replaced and after several phone calls to get this stopped and even requesting ADT to come and fetch their transmitter with confirmation that they did receive my notice for cancellation they just don't perform. I even got a statement yesterday that I now must pay outstanding fees. This is getting ridiculous! Judging from all the reports on Hellopeter it is evident that no one at ADT cares or understands the meaning of the words "SERVICE" or "CUSTOMER CARE" To think that people must trust this Company with their security!
