Fitment appointment not hounered

I took out a policy with car track, through my insurance which is Kingprice, then car track gave me a call to arrange a fitment for the tracking system, we agreed that they will come to my house on the 27th of July 2013 at 11am, which they never did, I was worried and today the 29th I phoned them to ask why was is not done and why no one phoned me to postpone or apologize, instead they ask me when can I bring my car cause they do not have my booking on their system. I'm really not happy about the way they treated me as their new client, around 15:30 today, I got a cal from Wayne from car track in nelspruit telling me that my insurer is asking them questions as to why my tracking system was not fitted, which is the very same question I asked before.how can I trust them if they can't honor a simple fitment appointment.please assist.
