Having an urgency to let my bullterrier out early Saturday morning to relieve himself, (27th July 2013), I forgot to put off the alarm needless to say, the alarm went off and within about a minute or less your control roomed phoned and in less than five minutes one of your control vehicles arrived at my front gate. What a pleasant, well mannered man, Themba Mthemba is, truly a professional. I am also taking this opportunity to say over many, many years, I, we, have had nothing but AWESOME service from CHUBB, from Control Room, to Guards, to everyone. Even when driving around in my suburb your guards are always professional and polite. I don't just have you because I need security... I trust your company and you know I am not a trusting person.
