Unable to Trace/Track My Ca

I called Altech Netstar on the 8th of July 2013 to test the unit they installed in my car, however they couldn't trace/track my vehicle on numerous occasions even while i was driving, this is an unacceptable customer service, i have been paying for this service the past 3 years and i deserve a proper explanation to this, otherwise i want a refund of all my premiums and they can remove their device because it doesn't seem to be working, if i don't get a proper answer in 2 days i am going to National Media.
