Dishonest Conduct

I was offered a service by Altech Netstar over the phone, to which i agreed. After a couple of days i discovered that my current tracking company does offer that same service i wanted out of the Altech deal. I was then told that i had to setlle as this was a contract to which i refused as i was not told of this before-hand. Mary-Ann insisted i was and promised to get me the proof of the telephonic conversation within 2 weeks. Almost 2 months later, i still havent received that evidence. What gets to me is that they have handed the account over and these people keep nagging me with threatening sms's. I have spoken to Mary-Ann on more than one occassion clarifying that until i get a recording of that conversation, it is her responsibility to tell these collectors to get off my case. She obviously hasn't or they simply refuse to listen to her. I regret having even listened to these guys and having dealt with them, particularly this Mary-Ann. Stay Away from Altech Netstar for peace of mind.
