Wont reverse my payments

I have been doing payments into their standard bank account since last year. i never received a letter to advise that the account will be closed and to use another. so i merely go on paying and monies arent being returned which my statements proof and my bank has confirmed. i have been sent back and forth by Amanda and Standard Bank even advising me the money isnt in the account and once again today my credit card company advised the money is in the account and that it was not returned to me. i have been a lyal customer for years and cannot believe i have been treated this way as a client. i want all my monies paid back into my credot card immediately as i have spent more money time and sitting on the telephone to try and sort this when Chubb should have done this on my behalf. i feel like they didnt trust me insaying the monies had been paid and i never received it back and i dont think i would want my service provider to treat me in this way. i live in a complex were majority have alarms through chubb but this isnt a good service. please just return my money. you have all the details and my statements. i dont see why i must fight like this to get my money back.
