I have been a client of Adt security for nearly two years and in this time i have contacted them numerous of times regarding my alarm system which has been faulty since it was installed. They have come to repair it a few times, after i called numerous of times again, but it is still faulty. I stopped my debit order to get their attention and after nine months they call to threaten me by cancelling my service. I spoke to about ten people in this time regarding my account as i refuse to pay for service i was not receiving, as to yet no one has called back. Last week they suspended my service and still no one has called me. I feel their service department and accounts department lacks professional client services. I now have an alarm that is still not working, a cancelled service, which in the first place i was not receiving and an account which is unsettled due to BAD SERVICE from their side. From my side i feel i have done more than enough by contacting frequently and not receiving response. I have told my story over and over again to different people and no one listens or replies. I wonder how many other Adt clients have the same problem.
