Signal failure

I couldn't locate both my driver and vehicle from morning 2013 June 22 .i then called their emergency no @ around 15:00 for help in locating the exact location of the vehicle. I was informed to my horror that the last signal on the car was on 2012 December 27, n I should talk to customer service. No one was able to explain to me what the payment that I have been making via debit was for. I must add that they sending me a statement every month. They then informed me that there is nothing they can help me with and only the Police can help me, I guess my premium was paid over to Saps.
