Free risk assessment

I have a made a booking for a free risk assessment to be done at my house and still waiting. its been a month since a consultant called me to arrange an appointment. On the day, the consulant sent me an sms to postpone our app. He then suggestted a new time and still then he hasnt pitched. This is totally unacceptable for a company that is supposed to provide security to our homes. I am looking to move my business elsewhere if this this the kind of service we should experience.
