No technical support

I have phoned a couple of times my logbook have never been working since i had the device, i had to change my contact details about 3 times the get it done and then i notice that my DID card is not giving an alarm when i drive without it i phone to asked it to be tested and they said my system is working but a technician will call to confirm, 2 weeks later i called again driving the vehicle without the card but no alarm came through and the operator again said i will get a call from technical but a week later still nothing, i would really like to have my device and all its features I'm paying for to work
