EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE

I have a tracker system installed in both my vehicles in 2009; typically they would call if you forget that key device to check if the vehicle was safe. I got concerned as I have not heard from them in ages and only to be told that on my one vehicle the signal was last received in June 2012 and in another in December 2012, they however without any fail debited my account to date even though my contract with them expired already. They did not even have the courtesy to call and verify if I wanted to continue with the contract but conveniently debited my account despite all of this and no one ever bothered to call and find out if everything was well. The call centre agents do not appear to know what they are doing. I am claiming a refund of my premiums paid.
