ADT RICHARDS BAY POOR ARMED RESPONSE

I arranged with ADT Richards Bay to have a guard cell fitted to my electric garage door as this is the specified way to access my home's back yard. Every time my alarm goes off there is an access issue. The responding guard either does not know that there is a guard cell on my garage door or they say that the guard cell is not working and my garage door will not open. This has been an ongoing issue since November 2012. Every month ADT deducts my montly installments yet I am only receiving half a service from them. I am a widow living alone and rely on the reliablity of ADT to keep me and my home safe. After sending numerous emails and making plenty phone calls, this has not been sorted out. I have got emails from ADT personnel saying they will have it all sorted out and ensure that all the guards that patrol my area are informed of how to access my back yard... to no avail... Pls pls help me to get this sorted out. Thanking you, Regards
