Bad service from the HR department

I have received a bad service from the HR Department with the only person who can help me but it looks like she is not interested to help out. i was working in the call centre as permanent until i decided to resign so that i can go back to school full-time because i was not able to study. i resigned end of February and i went back in March to fill in my forms for my provident fund i did that with Michelle in HR as Boitumelo Mabote was not there. i called her the following day to check if she did receive my form she confirmed that with me and told me that i will receive my money in 6-8 week's time. i called the Fedgroup fund Administrators and i was told that my application form was not send through by ADT Security, i called her and left a massage for Michelle and I'm still waiting for her call to call me and give me feedback. i want this to be fixed now and i don't have time to wait for another 8 weeks my school fees need to be paid by month end.
