ADT doesn't care

I had signed up with ADT about 3 years ago for them to provide security services to my house. the account was under my girlfriends name as we were staying together. when things went sour in my relationship and she moved out, i changed the contract to my name. when the alarm was first installed, the technician left one cable hanging from my house to the garage without ant covering. this latter sagged and fell to the ground. i informed adt to come and fix this numerous times. the neighbour's dog came into my yard and bit into it. this caused the alarm to malfuncion. adt will call me and say there is a panic activation and i'd tell them that the system is faulty. they would promise to send a technician which they never did. on one of their calls i spoke to the team leader who promised to escalate the issue and send someone out here. which never happened. when they sent a consultant who came to change the contract over to my name, he said he'll look into it which he hasn't done. only to find that the contract was not only changed over to my name but he opened another account. now i'm paying for 2 contracts. i've tried calling their acc dept, but they never avail, just music and the wait
