Fake tactic rice at shoprite

My name is Zethu from nelspruit. Currently there's a special of tasting rice selling at R100 for 3 packets of 2kg. I bought last month and this month. No matter how I try to cook it. It cooks like pap. Like it's a cheap rice. I think there is an imitation of products by this shoprite stores. Being that people are now buying other rice brands. Believe me it's not even white after cooking. It blends like overcooked samp. Even now am cooking watching it just turns hard and looks like cheap rice. Have this looked at. We love the brand tastic I grew up eating it.
