URGENT: Fraudulent Policy – Immediate Cancellation and Investigation Required

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a funeral policy that has been fraudulently opened under my name without my consent. I did not agree to or sign up for any funeral policy, and I demand immediate action to cancel it.

For the past five days, I have been trying to resolve this matter:

I have made multiple attempts to call your call center but each time I am placed on hold for 7–9 minutes before the call cuts off due to airtime issues. This has resulted in wasted airtime and money, with no assistance provided.

I have sent over 30 emails to your listed addresses with no response.

I accessed your website and used the listed contact numbers, but again received no help.

This level of non-responsiveness and dishonesty is unacceptable. This policy was not taken out by me, and I demand proof of consent, such as:

A copy of the voice recording (if it was done via call)

A signed application form or agreement

Until then, I consider this to be fraudulent activity on my account.

I request:

Immediate cancellation of this policy.

A written confirmation that the policy has been cancelled and any deductions stopped.

An investigation into how this policy was activated without my consent.

If this is not resolved within 3 business days, I will be left with no option but to escalate the matter to:

The Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA)

The Ombudsman for Long-Term Insurance

Social media and public platforms to bring attention to this fraudulent behavior

I expect a prompt response.
