Refund

I bought a fridge online from Cash Crusaders Albertina Sisulu on the 23rd of January. I received an email after purchasing, stating that my order was being processed. After three days, I contacted the store to find out when I could expect my order. The store said they didn’t know anything about the fridge. I provided them with proof of payment, a bank statement, and everything they requested. They promised to refund me since they could see that I had paid.

I waited for a refund from Monday, and even today, I’m still waiting. Mind you, I used my rent money to buy a fridge at Cash Converters since Cash Crusaders failed. Now I have to pay rent, and I don’t have the money. Cash Crusaders is withholding my refund. It’s the end of the month, and I also have bills to pay. Please pay back my money. The way I trusted you guys, I am disappointed.
