Harassment to pay nonexistent debt

I am being bombarded with threatening emails and text messages from NuDebt saying I owe Telkom more than R4, 000. I have not had a Telkom account for 2 years and when I closed it, the account was in credit and Telkom paid me out. I have explained this and asked for details of what/why I owe money and of course no details are provided just a relentless barrage of nasty messages.
