Water charges and fake plumbing charges

I started staying at Ilanga building 31January, At my first month l received the late for another previous tenant Zondi about the case of that unit.
May my rent was 4000 something of which l payed less than 3000 my bachelor. That said water its 394, fake plumbing charges 900 of which l don't know where they did the plumbing. When l want to the headoffice 4times they were telling me system down comforting me that they will cancell it, suprised to receive statement with those charges today 26/05/22. I cancelled the house on the 23of May bcz l won't manage the rent anymore. I can see poor management and frauds here at Ilanga. It's my third year staying Afhco building but this time l surrender, l always pay my rent in time is that a crime or you think l have money to pay rent in time, l will rather sleep with empty stomach than not paying rent. Even though lam living but lam not happy with it. I ask the supervisor at headoffice to check the house at see if the is any plumbing noone came. Those photos down nothing new was added since l stayed yellow celotape its for the rates the is a hole l put celotape to close the hole for rates not entering the house. SO I DON'T KNOW WHERE THE PLUMBING WAS DONE.
