Rip off and extremely rude

I recently bought wood from Canary Tree Fellers cnr main road and Wikoppen, I bought two bags, one 25kg softwood and a 25kg hardwood. When I got home I realized that I could easily pick up the two bags of wood, Im an elderly woman and so to pick up 25kgs worth of wood would be very difficult for me. I decided to weight the bags on my scale and realized they weighed about 13kgs each. When I took them back I was met with a very rude and hostile manger/owner named Herbert, I was very nice and calm and all I wanted was my money back or for them to be replaced. While I was talking to him he rudely brushed me off, turned around and went and locked himself in his 4x4. He simply ignored me to the point that I was had no choice but to leave with the 13kg worth of wood! DO NOT buy from this man Herbert, he is a crook and knowingly sells wood to his customers at lower weight then what you are paying for! He was extremely rude and I will NEVER EVER buy from him again!!
