This man is a fraudster. He passes himself off as an electrician installing prepaid meters.
He asks you for a deposit and makes off with your money.
It has come to my attention that he also uses various other techniques to con people out of money.
I am proceeding with legal action against Urbie Swart - anyone who has a proven claim against him is welcome to join me in my action - I am an attorney so there will be no additional costs - I wish to teach this man a lesson.
