Do not use these people!!! Part 1

We Chose Avalon as our wedding venue... our total bill was R34 000 with them, we paid them R26 000 and was planning to pay the outstanding R8000 on our wedding day because we had EFT limits. Deon phoned me the day before the wedding and shouted at me and said that they want their money. If I don't pay the R8000 over immediately the are cancelling the wedding because they need the money to buy food. I asked them what about the R26000 and he shouted back "it doesn't matter I want my money"... The next day when we arrived at the venue, the pond wasn't clean like promised, the garden wasn't clean like promised... The place looked horrible!! Then Richard came to give me my bouquet it was a small bunch of flowers and it looked like they picked the roses from their garden. I payed them for my bouquet but it was patetic. My mother and hair stylist had to re - arrange them so that they can look like something!!! After the wedding they opened the bar, the till added an extra R12 with every drink and the prices was so expensive. Two drinks cost R100? My husband asked them about it and they corrected it...
