Since the start of this year the public has not been refunded any of their monthly fees when repeat episodes for shows have been aired due to "circumstances beyond their control". No offer is made to discount for services not delivered other than the offer to repeat episodes already seen.

Again tonight, the first fifteen minutes of Chicago Fire is aired with no sound. No attempt is made to correct this, the sound is restored and the episode continues as if nothing has happened. Guaranteed that no compensation for non delivery of service will be made
