Don't EVER use Fhullhaus for any event!!

I paid R4 500 for 1 hr of drumming (2 drummers - that's R2 250 per hr per drummer - NO profesional I know makes even half of that per hour!) and the drummers arrived an hour late thus effectively not delivering the service paid for.

To compund this, the event was a wedding - not exactly something you can re-schedule -with the bride and groom from New Zealand, the guests from all over the world including London, Torronto, Australia, etc. The key services requested were to drum the bride and groom up and down the aisle for the ceremony.

Despite providing clear (and simple) directions, clear and specific instructions that they needed to arrive well in time for the ceremony, getting the venue to phone and talk to Tshepo and the drummers on the day, numerous emails, the drummers simply arrived an hour late, they arrived an hour late.

Fhullhaus is now refusing to refund me any of my money - highly unethical at best! - and I will now begin the CPA rpocess as well as taking more formal legal action to get my funds back.

It is always so disappointing when true Black Empowerment organisations behave in such a non-professional and unethical manner.

My advice: don't use Fhullhaus!
