Unresponsive whithout reason

I am paying the monthly DSTV for the women that works for me. She cant write or read.
I am trying to get her DSTV reconnected as payment were made on the 8th. I gave the account number, the adress, the cellphone nr, But as they need a ID number and the women dont know her ID no I cant get any joy from your staff. They told me that she had to go to the nearest shop with the ID that she is waiting for from the Deparment od Internal Affairs. Must she be with out dstv for that period.
I was prepared to give my detalis but they dont want to know anything.
They could not even speak afrikaans to her. She gets on the bus at 4.30 in the morning and gets home at 8.30 at night. - where is the nearest multi choice shop -- Come onnnn!!
If this is the way n illiterate person is treated - one wonders how the service is given to them- just for the money.
