! The Palace Hotel Sun City

I went on a marketing conference to Sun City from the 8-10 March 2013. Upon departing, I overslept and because i was rushing not to miss the bus to the airport to catch a flight back to Cape Town, I forgot my black & silver GHD hair straightener and hair brush in my room. I called the hotel as soon as i realised i had forgotten it (Monday, 11 March 2013). I was told it would be sent to the Sun International head office in Sandton the following Friday. On Friday the 15 March i went to collect it and it was not there. I called to follow up and was told i'd receive a call back. I still have not received that call. After following up, i was told that it had not been instructed to be sent to the head office and that it would be sent on the 5 April 2013 after the Easter break. I went to the Sandton head office again yesterday only to find it was not there. I called AGAIN and now i've been told that it was not sent to the Sun International head office but to the sun city Lost & Found Office. I've been calling them to find out where my stuff is for the past two days and i'm still being told i'll get a call back which i know i will never get. This is!!! i want my stuff back!!
