On 28 Feb, I've opened new account with Multichoice at Festival Mall branch which is based in Kemptonpark.
I've completed form with clear indication of debit order with account details.

02 April, the service has been suspended. After trying numerous time to reach call centre, decided to walk in to branch where I opened account with. After standing on the ques for length minutes along with my babay which was so uncomfortabel, guess what, they say, "They can not help, we need to go to other branch". I responded any way to assist? they said no.
I had to eventually go to the kemponpark branch where they told me that when they opened the account, they (Festival Mall) never registered on the system???

What kind of respond is this? What made even worse is that they told me to pay the re-connection fee? How dare you. Is this how you operate. They are bunch of amateur. Without correcting their mistake, they asking you to pay the re-connection? After the argumenet, lady told me that she will call me back tomorrow to find out if we have to pay the re-connection. You dare to deduct extra charge!
I ask you again to correct your mistake
