I saw my name has been blacklisted by multichoice for non payment of my account.

-First of all this was more than 5 months ago
-Secondly I don't even get the account statement, i'm not even responsible for payment of this account, yet I've been blacklisted.
- thirdly I asked for more info, banking details, ref no, etc also more than 5 months ago. Send my the freaking detail already. Huch, where to pay etc.
