Debit order without my permission

R49 per month was deducted from my account without authorisation. Elite Mobile was responsible for passing on my banking details to So Music as far as I can tell. 1) Would you trust either of these companies? 2) Could this be rather than a simple error of not understanding the difference between "yes" and "no"?
