I am highly disappointed for the service received from Ster Kinekor WESTGATE. My family and I purchased tickets to watch Fast & Furious 6 yesterday, only to arrive and they did not let the kids in. What is the big issue if they were with their parents. So funny that we were let in to watch Fast & Furious 5 as a family.

We then requested our money back. The Supervisor Mavis Mahlaba had attitude towards us raising her voice. People like her should not be in a front line position! It was not only our family that was turned away another couple and their 2 kids was turned away.

I guess Ster Kinekor is not worried of Loosing customers to Nu-Metro. Or should we just buy a pirate copy off the streets and watch in the comfort of our own home?

We finally got our money back and got to go and watch the movie with our kids at Nu-Metro!

This was really an inconvenience and a waist of our time.
