Overbooked & undermonitored

Not only is acrobranch in melrose almost impossible to get hold of, but when I finally managed to get through and secure a booking on arrival we were told to wait 30min before we could actually start the course. This was due to the fact that they had large groups of people arrive on the day without prebookings and let them onto the course ahead of us. The course was absolutely over packed and we spent the most part of our 2hours waiting for people in front of us who were holding everyone up to accomodate their entire group from platform to platform. This is not even allowed! - However the course was undermonitored so there was nothing stopping them anyway. On a lighter note, the course itself is highly enjoyable but I dont foresee myself referring friends, family or anyone else for that matter due to the fact that the admin side is so poorly managed.
