Computicket
House and home refuses to give me a refund

I bought two RKelly tickets uopne receipt of an sms indicating that the concert has been postponed went into the store to request a refund was informed that I could not obtain my refund as I did not purchase the ticket there but my understanding is that I should be able to obtain a refund at any Computicker store.
I don't understand should I now drive all the way to plk to obtain my refund from Jhb.
