No response to my emails and slow faulty online platform was my initial view of Web tickets. Until my second attempt at buying tickets from JHB but through to the Cape Town branch. I called in having problems with the online site, again. Alison answered, and from there on my day had been made! Her kind, calm, helping attitude (while I was highly irritated) was brilliant. She took down my details and promised she would get back to me. Within 5 minutes she called back and had sorted everything out, with the least effort or hassle on my part.
I look forward to my great evening thanks to Alison! Any call centre who has staff like her are lucky!
