Hi there,
I've recently visited Justplay to see how things were going and I was very disappointed with how your surveys are structured. In several cases on multiple surveys I have noticed the following:
1) for some situations all the questions are positive forcing a specific response.
2) there is not a healthy spread of possible answers, if someone wants to answer negatively let them.
3) certain questions are forcing the reader to lie, not because they want to, but because you leave them with no better choice. for example. a) I have a blackberry Z10 already b) I'll wait to get the Q10.
neither of those statements are true for a lot of people, and perhaps they c) would never buy a blackberry.

By limiting the ways your readers can respond to your brand surveys you are restricting their emotions and frustrating them with your own assumptive and in most cases incorrect positive selling points which may not be true of the reader.
Another such example has 3 "tell me more" options with the last one reading "I already have life cover"
None of those are preferred statements as I neither want to know more about the service and I don't WANT life cover.
Justplay... You're doing it wrong.
