NONE of the tills at the big ticket counter were working-page stuck to
1 till stating use self service. WHAT!
I approached a lady (Eunice). NOT at all enthusiastic, she only replied
after asking her the 2nd time. Chatting away & making jokes with a male
colleague. This was not what bothered me.(Doing this in front of
client-not very professional)
It was the way she services us. Very blunt, rude & unpleasant as if we
were interfering, taking up HER time.
I had to asked to see the seats. I brought my dad along & the eyes
aren't what it use to be. So I selected more appropriate seats.
Then I checked the tickets before leaving. NOW this is what got me
aggravated. She booked the 5:15 show. It was already 30min running.
She didn't think to ask. She assumed, which you NEVER do in business &
her assumption was incorrect! To emphasis, I had to check.
Who today would have believed me if I tell them, no the lady at the
till booked the wrong time.
Come on?!
Taking her time, the manager come to cancel & rebook.
Not "sorry for waiting", "apologies for the inconvenience" or "sorry,
MY mistake".
VERY unprofessional, PATHETIC service. Very disappointed!
