Very bad attitude

We went to Monte Casino on Friday 01/03/2013 and we wanted to book for th night out for two. I went to the box office at - 18h00 to book and was very rudely told that they do not take bookings after 17h00. The gentleman there was very rude and not freindly at all.
We have decided that we will never come there again.
No where in any of your ads does it mention that you can only book before 17h00 to obtain that deal.
