Bad Call centre Experience

Good Afternoon Peter. On the 26th of January 2013 I phoned Multichoice to move my suscription from a Compact to a Premium service. The Call centre person Assured me that I will only be Paying R580 pm, However to my suprize they took of R968 of my account. I phoned the accounts dept today and they are saying that is pro rata for February and March 2013 . This was never Explained to me. I would have told him I can not afford. This mistake from the Call centre left me in very difficult position for the month. The economy is so tite as it is and working on a very strick budget, has become part of your life. I have been a Client of them for about 25 years and this is very disappointing. What can one do to resolve this matter.
