I wished to buy some tickets via [URL Removed] however I was prevented from doing because my cellphone number is registered under my previous Computicket account, which I activated over 10 years ago.

I no longer use that account, therefore I sent an email to [Email Removed] asking them to deactivate the old and transfer my cell number to my new account... so that I could make a purchase on their website.

My first few emails were ignore, however my fourth email yielded a response saying "we acknowledge reciept of your email" and "we have forwarded it to IT".

After a week of begging for these simple issues to be resolved, only the account has been deactivated and the number STILL has not been transfered to my new account... so Computicket is STILL preventing me from buying tickets from them online.

I asked for the MD's email address, and Computicket "is not allowed to give out that information".

This is a classic case of not listening to the customer and not reacting to his/her requests.
