No spa treatment - pathetic service

We arrived at Silver Star on Friday evening at about 17:00, the only good service we received was from the chap that took our luggage to our room.
Check in was uneventful, however when we enquired about the spa-treatment that was included in our package we were told that we had been booked for Friday at 14:00. Obviously nobody had consulted us in this regard, and the spa was fully booked and we had to forgo the treatment.

Furthermore the selection of drinks in the mini bar consisted of 1 bottle of still water, one bottle of sparkling water and a small bottle of apple juice. Given that a note in the room says you offer a selection of drinks in the mini bar. Not much of a selection... especially given that there were 2 of us.

I had on Tuesday received a very unfriendly call asking if we want chicken or beef, and at what time.

We spent about 90 min trying to sort out the spa issue - not a pampering expire nice that you advertise.

I spoke to customer services and the duty manager Sonyboy. Sonyboy tried to sort out the issues relating to the absent fruit platter and the concerns raised about not having any idea about what we would be eating.

Still no resolution...
